My mum and I at Tassies B’day/Naming ceremony.
Kabuki in Brisbane City was amazing, the night started with the entree of prawns being cooked in front of us. Next was the egg toss. To the kids our chef easily flipped the eggs for them to catch, but to the adults, he lined up the eggs on the cook top and flipped them fast for us to catch (Note; bibs are provided). Most caught the eggs, aside from my dad and I. Mine ended up on the floor, dads all over him. Following the egg toss, was the fried rice, the chef prepared the omelette on the cook top, then chopped it with a spatula flicking it every where, some caught it with there bowls, others just opened there mouths. Half the egg remained on the cook top and was mixed in with chopped veggies, rice and a soy sauce mixture. Then comes the main meals, chicken in a hoisin type sauce, steak which was set alight in front of us & veggies. To end the night a plate of fruit was served with thank you written in salt. This was a fun & messy night filled with delicious food, and I would definitely recommend to all!
